Automated efficient secure pharmaceutical stock monitoring

To pharmacists, the Latin word Mitte means how much medication is being ordered.

Updated to the digital world, Mitte Analytics’ Titrate platform helps hospitals better manage medication sub-stores to reduce urgent stock-outs and stock loss.

Our Goal

Creating a more reliable and safer medication distribution system shouldn’t be limited to hospitals fortunate to have the best access to people and capital. With focused priority for affordability and ease of deployment, our software aims to make these improvements readily accessible to everyone.

Titrate

Titrate uses CCTV to continuously monitor stock levels and consumption, and comes with an easy to use interface provides reporting, analysis and alerts. In the background, Titrate supports both scheduled and ad hoc reordering, and is designed to work with and not instead of existing pharmacy

applications and processes.

Easily deployable, Titrate requires no specialised infrastructure and can scale at your preferred pace. Deployed within your environment, you maintain overall control of your data and video footage.

Pharmacy Outcomes

Give Time Back to Staff

Clinical and non-clinical staff time is precious, and Titrate helps protect it with up-to-the minute medication stock level information and the removal of unnecessary, repetitive tasks.

  • Our platform can reduce or replace the need for in-person reorder checking and requisition processes, giving staff valuable time back
  • Responsive reordering and visible workflow tracking reduces the frequency of unplanned stock-outs, minimising the need for ward and pharmacy staff to allocate resources for urgent resupply
  • Staff are able to easily locate needed stock that’s near to them or at any Titrate-serviced location within their network, reducing the time needed to find and obtain stock after hours when the pharmacy is closed.

Reduce Stock Waste

Increased visibility provides an opportunity to streamline stock management and identify recurrent problems.

  • Fine-tune inventory and re-order quantities to minimise unnecessary holdings and limit expired medication write-offs.
  • Tighter stock allocation and monitoring reduces the potential for waste and theft. Investigation of any loss can be supported and simplified through any CCTV records retained within the hospital’s video management system.

Gain Actionable Insights

Leveraging collected data, new perspectives can be unlocked to give more detailed visibility of changes in patterns of use.

  • Gain greater insights into usage patterns, and the ability to identify anomalies or establish alert triggers.
  • Leverage trends to identify fine tune stock management.
  • Gain a unified view of current and expected stock based on what's present, and what's on order.
